Healthy lifestyle
In the morning we should have good healthy breakfast and when you go to school we should do some push up when it time to go to school we should think about your learning and when school finish we should go to the basin after that make sure that you go bed early and have a healthy nice dinner and tomorrow we should go to the gym and to keep you hijraded.
